A business executive with more than 18 years of experience, Mamadou joined Inclusivity Solutions in 2019 driven by a passion to apply his skills to a multi-cultural and dynamic start-up working environment. Based in Abidjan, Mamadou leads the Inclusivity Solutions West African business development, sales and operations management functions. In his role he is responsible for overseeing enhancements of the existing services offered in Côte d’Ivoire as well as scouting and facilitating new business development opportunities across the African Francophone countries.

Prior to joining Inclusivity Solutions, Mamadou spent 13 years working as a telecommunication’s professional all-rounder, representing global giants such as Digitata Ltd, Etisalat and MTN. In his roles, he supported local and international teams across a wide range of business advisory, sales, marketing, operational, customer and business development functions.
Mamadou is fluent in French and English and holds a Diploma in Marketing Management and a Certificate in Small Business Management from Atlanta Technical College.
