Driven by a passion for delivery excellence, I specialize in establishing project governance, streamlining delivery processes, fostering cross-functional collaboration and implementing Agile practices that enable teams to consistently deliver value. I believe successful projects begin with strong governance, clear processes and empowered teams hence combine strategic oversight with hands-on project leadership to drive digital transformation initiatives and help organizations deliver impactful solutions while continuously improving the way projects are managed. I joined Inclusivity Solutions in 2025 inspired by the opportunity to lead digital transformation initiatives that expand access to insurance through innovative technology. The role perfectly aligned with my passion for delivering solutions that create meaningful business and social impact. As a Scrum Master, I foster Agile ways of working, remove impediments, and empower teams to continuously improve and deliver high-quality solutions. I hold a Diploma in Information Technology from Dedan Kimathi University, a Bachelor's Degree in Communication from The Technical University of Kenya, and I am a PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) and Certified Scrum Master (CSM). Beyond work, I enjoy collecting memories through hiking mountains, exploring new cities and embracing new experiences that inspire growth and fresh perspectives.
