Prior to joining Inclusivity Solutions, Chaddy worked as an EC2 Engineer for Amazon Web Services where he was responsible for maintaining and developing software connected to the AWS cloud computing infrastructure. He describes himself as a hardworking, motivated engineer with an entrepreneurial mindset who employs a broad spectrum of tech skills to solve different business challenges.

Chaddy holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering and Computer Science from University of Cape Town.
