Tshifhiwa Thavhana is Head of Product at Inclusivity Solutions, where he leads product strategy and the roadmap for the ASPin platform, guiding the teams and partners who bring financial inclusion into everyday insurance products across Africa and beyond.

Since joining the company in 2022 as Growth Product Manager, Tshifhiwa has grown into leading product across the business — shaping how new markets and partners are onboarded, how products are scoped and built, and how the platform evolves to meet the needs of underserved customers.

With a background in FinTech and a focus on customer experience, Tshifhiwa is driven by solving real customer problems through technology-led insurance products, particularly in markets where financial inclusion is still out of reach for many. He leads with a strong belief that corporates carry a responsibility to financially educate the marginalized and make accessible financial products available to those the system has historically left behind.

He holds an Industrial Engineering degree from UNISA, complemented by a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration from Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University.
