Based in South Africa, Israel joins the Inclusivity Solutions’ business development team as Business Development Manager. In his role, Israel is responsible for scoping and targeting new business opportunities within the company’s partner network as well as finding new partners that fit the company’s values and operating model.

Drawn by the prospect of working for an innovative, dynamic, and growing organisation, Israel brings with him a decade of insurance experience. Prior to Inclusivity Solutions, Israel held the position of Portfolio Manager at Hollard Insurance where he oversaw the South African partner network and was responsible for implementing business development initiatives such as new products, new channels, and new partner relationships.

Israel holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Financial Management from the University of Pretoria, a Certificate in Programme for Development Management from the Gordon Institute of Business Science, and an advanced certificate in Management Practice from Henley Business School.
