Amos joined Inclusivity Solutions in April 2026 as Head of Data. His passion lies in turning data into value, helping businesses move from raw numbers to insight to strategy that actually moves the needle.

Outside work, he spends his time cycling, hiking, and mentoring upcoming data professionals.
Pride's career has taken him through data science, enterprise architecture, and AI product delivery, working at the intersection of technology and business strategy in financial services and insurance.

He has led enterprise data strategy and governance programmes, built machine learning and computer vision solutions from the ground up, and driven analytics platforms that give leadership teams a single, trusted view of performance.

He began his career founding a data function from scratch, an experience that shaped his belief that data only has value when it is aligned with business goals and put to work.
Pride holds a BSc in Applied Computer Technology from USIU Africa and a Nano Degree in Data Science from Moringa School, and recently completed Moringa School's Technology Leadership Accelerator.
