Inspired by the prospect of being part of a growing, innovative team, Naserian brings her years of customer relationship management and customer experience to Inclusivity Solutions as Kenya Country Manager.
In her role, Naserian is responsible for managing Inclusivity Solutions’ Kenyan partners, facilitating the relationship across a broad range of strategic, operational and technical areas.

Business women by day and entrepreneur by night, Naserian is also the Founder and Director of her own make-up business, Studio Pretty Faces (SPF), which she established in 2016.

Prior to joining Inclusivity Solutions, Naserian spent three years working for small and medium business (SMB) specialist management and IT consulting organization, Iricon Group as Project Planning Manager. Before this she spent six years as Head of Customer Experience at Mobile Decisioning Africa, a value-added services (VAS) provider to mobile operators.

Naserian holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Inoorero University.
