General Manager: Country Operations
Prior to joining the Inclusivity Solutions leadership team, Sam served as country manager for Rwanda where he managed day-to-day activities with partners and customers in the region. As the conduit between Inclusivity Solutions head office and local teams, partners, customers and stakeholders, his role covers responsibility for managing all customer work streams, product testing, go-to-market activities and monitoring and evaluation activities at a country level.
Intrigued by the approach to innovation and the contribution of insurance to the broader digital financial services space, Sam joined Inclusivity Solutions in May 2017. Prior to joining Inclusivity Solutions, he worked as a consultant where he drew on his extensive experience gained in the mobile financial services (MFS) space. His career in MFS began during his six year tenure with local operator, MTN Rwanda, where he served as Consumer Marketing Manager in his final role. Before this he held the position of General Manager for call centre, BCS-Contact One Centre.
Sam holds an MBA from Maastricht school of Management, a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and an Advanced Diploma in Business Administration.
