She went on to further her studies with FTI specializing in Advanced Business Analysis, equipping her with the latest methodologies and tools. Before joining Inclusivity Solutions, she worked as a Systems Development Specialist, where she was responsible for gathering and documenting business requirements, designing process improvements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions.
