Prior to joining Inclusivity Solutions, Newton worked at Reon Capital, a venture capital firm where he developed software products as a full stack developer. He has experience working across both frontend and backend technologies, giving him a well-rounded understanding of modern application development.

Newton is deeply passionate about technology and actively keeps up with industry trends, new technologies, emerging tools, and thought leaders in the field. At Inclusivity Solutions, he contributes to the development of the Partner Apps and the ASPIN platform, continuously improving the systems by optimizing performance, modernizing components, and introducing new features. He is motivated by solving meaningful challenges and building products that make a real impact.

Outside software development, Newton is an avid sports fan, especially of soccer, enjoys gaming, and has a strong appreciation for nature and poetry. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Software Engineering from Multimedia University Of Kenya
