Based in Kenya, Rachael joins the Inclusivity Solutions’ business development team as Manager, Partnerships & Alliances. In her role, she is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the company’s partner network and securing partnerships that align with Inclusivity Solutions’ values and strategic goals, Rachael brings a wealth of experience in managing customer accounts and leveraging on data-driven insights to identify gaps and drive growth. Rachael is passionate about creating social impact and has worked extensively with under-served communities, including farmers, to develop and implement solutions that improve livelihoods.

Rachael holds a bachelor’s degree in international business administration from United States International University (USIU) and has a strong background in sales, partnerships, and data analysis. She is committed to fostering meaningful collaborations and delivering innovative solutions that align with Inclusivity Solutions' mission of creating social impact in the developing world.

Prior to joining Inclusivity Solutions, Rachael worked at Kenya Tea Development Agency (KTDA)
