Tshifhiwa Thavhana joins Inclusivity Solutions as a Growth Product Manager. In his role, Tshifhiwa is responsible for the growth of Inclusivity Solutions and those we partner with in making sure financial inclusion is embedded in their DNA. Coming from an innovative background, he holds an Industrial Engineering Degree from UNISA which is complemented by a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration from the Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University in South Africa, he held various positions in previous companies where he participated in driving innovative projects that were inspired and focussed at satisfying the needs of the customer.

With recent experience in the FinTech industry and a focus on customer experience, he has a passion to solve customer problems by allowing technology to be the driver of insurance products, especially in markets where there is a lack of financial inclusion. He has a strong belief in corporates having a social responsibility to financially educate the marginalized and offer accessible financial products to those that the system had previously disadvantaged.
